Refund & Return Policy – Artisans Nest

At Artisans Nest, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this window, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process refunds or exchanges.

 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Returns are only accepted for orders with a genuine issue—such as wrong product, wrong size, or damaged/defective items

 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Innerwear or intimate products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

 Return Process

  • Email us at hello@artisansnest.store within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup (if eligible).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

 Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

• • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Size replacements (subject to availability)

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@artisansnest.store with your order ID and issue.

 Gifts

If you received the product as a gift and are eligible for a return, you may receive store credit or an exchange instead of a monetary refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by us where serviceable.

 • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item using a trackable courier service.

  • In case of self-shipping, we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 upon submission of a valid courier receipt (only for approved returns).
