You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this window, unfortunately, we wonโ€™t be able to process refunds or exchanges.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Returns are only accepted for orders with a genuine issueโ€”such as wrong product, wrong size, or damaged/defective items

๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Innerwear or intimate products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Clearance or final sale items

๐Ÿ” Return Process

  • Email us at hello@artisansnest.store within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup (if eligible).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

โ€ข โ€ข Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

๐Ÿ” Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Size replacements (subject to availability)

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@artisansnest.store with your order ID and issue.

๐ŸŽ Gifts

If you received the product as a gift and are eligible for a return, you may receive store credit or an exchange instead of a monetary refund.

๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by us where serviceable.

โ€ข โ€ข If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the item using a trackable courier service.

  • In case of self-shipping, weโ€™ll reimburse up to โ‚น100 upon submission of a valid courier receipt (only for approved returns).
